The function's primary responsibility is the identifying and then targeting of potential candidates. This is done using a number of research methods and by leveraging off our existing network. The team, led by Charles Peck, also provides each practice with regular market updates and commentary. This may include tracking and monitoring trends in compensation, changes in organisational structure and governance, and keeping abreast of any senior management moves. This enhances our ability to provide a bespoke service to our clients on a broad range of topics, including market mapping, competitor analysis and remuneration trends, thus ensuring a truly consultative offering.
