Matthew works on global senior mandates in operations. He has over four years' experience of placing Operations professionals in Investment Banks; in addition Matt has worked extensively placing senior individuals in Asset Management and Hedge Funds. Matthew joined from a leading global recruitment firm. Prior to this he worked for a UK bank in the credit card department. Matthew holds a history degree from Cardiff.
