Alex joined Taybridge to build the operations practice with over fourteen years' experience of placing operations professionals. Before Taybridge she worked for five years within a boutique search and selection firm specialising in banking operations recruitment. Prior to this Alex worked for two global recruitment firms and spent two years helping to establish an office in New York. She read history at London University.
