The Business

Taybridge Associates was founded by Stephanie Docherty who has 20 years’ experience as a market leader in executive search and selection with three highly regarded firms. In her career to date, she has built an enviable network of contacts.

Stephanie decided to set up Taybridge as she felt that both client and candidate expectations in the mid/senior executive level were moving beyond what was generally on offer.

In a candidate driven market, clients increasingly require a flexible recruitment solution which includes search and the ability to think laterally. Taybridge offers this flexibility in approach while keeping pace with its clients' ever increasing demand for quality and diversity.

Candidates who have earned their advanced status require - and should expect - a more advanced level of service than they received when they took on their first professional assignment.

Stephanie feels that it is important that candidates understand that their future employers do not see their careers developing in straight lines, and therefore their recruitment needs require a developed understanding of the market.

As such, Stephanie believes that the mid/senior market offers an experienced and talented recruiter great scope to genuinely add value for their client while enhancing the career prospects of candidates.
